5:00a.m : Our tour guide will pick you up at hotel in Hoi An City. Then, drive to cross Cua Dai Bridge, where you’ll enjoy a sweeping panoramic view of the river meeting the sea, one of the most scenic spots in the region. Next, we’ll visit Fish Market in Duy Hải, one of the most authentic coastal markets where local fishermen and vendors gather at dawn to trade the day’s catch. Then, Fish Sauce Making we’ll take you to a traditional fish sauce making house, where you’ll have the chance to witness the centuries-old process behind Vietnam’s most essential ingredient. Coffee Break at a Local Café. After That we visit Rice Wine Making – Rice Paper & Local Noodle Making Next, we’ll visit a local workshop where families have been making rice paper and noodles for generations -Traditional Sleeping Mat Weaving Finally, we’ll stop at a traditional mat-weaving family, where you’ll get to see how colorful Vietnamese sleeping mats.
